כרם הלל חרדלי

יין לבן חצי יבש המיוצר מ-90% ענבי חרדלי ו-10% ענבי גורדלי הגדלים בכרמי היין שבבקעת בית ענות, הגבוהה מאוד, בהר חברון. היין בצבע חרדל נחושתי, בעל חמיצות מצויינת המתאים למאכלי דגים, יש להגישו מקורר היטב. לאחר מלחמת ששת הימים שבנו לנחלת אבותינו. הלל גדלה בבקעה זו ואהבה את המקום, עבדה בכרמים וביקב וראתה כאן את עתידה. לקראת בציר תשע״ו נרצחה הלל במיטתה בהיותה בת 13.5.

חודש לאחר מכן נטענו כאן ב״כרם הלל״ את הזנים העתיקים חרדלי וגורדלי, שכבר דוד המלך שבנה מלכותו כאן בחברון שתה מהם (עפ״י שבת ס״ב:) וכדי לבטא שיבתנו הביתה לעיר המלכות הראשונה והעתיקה - חברון.

‏A semi dry wine produced from 90% Chardeli grapes and 10% gordeli grapes which grow in the vineyards in Bet Anot valley high up in the Hebron mountains. It has a rich copper mustard color with an excellent acidity suitable for fish dishes.
